About this page
This is an implementation story, not a customer case study. It describes the platform workflow and the real configuration process using product screens as proof. It deliberately contains no property name, no testimonial and no performance results. We will publish a named case study when a customer has approved their name, their results and their quote.
The property
An independent resort-style property with rooms and suites, two dining outlets including in-room dining, a set of guided and equipment-based experiences, airport transfers, and a small management team that carries several roles each.
Multiple room types with seasonal rate plans
Two outlets plus room service
Guided activities, rentals and facility bookings
Airport transfers and packaged stays
Before the implementation
Every connection between these systems was maintained by a person, every day.
01
A marketing site maintained separately, with rates re-published by hand.
02
A third-party widget that did not read live availability from the reservation system.
03
Room inventory, rates and guest records held in one system that saw only rooms.
04
Two outlets on a standalone till, with dining reaching the room account on paper.
05
Tours, rentals and transfers scheduled in shared spreadsheets and a printed diary.
06
A monthly exercise combining four exports into one spreadsheet.
Configuration
Standardised technology. Property-specific configuration. This is configuration work, not custom software development.

The implementation process
01
Sessions with the property team to document how the operation actually runs: room structure, rate logic, outlets and service periods, experience schedules, payment arrangements and the reporting the owners rely on.
02
A dedicated environment configured around the property — brand, website, rooms, rates, restaurants, menus, experiences, users, roles, payments, taxes and policies. Standardised product, property-specific configuration.
03
The website and booking journey are prepared, the operational environment is populated, and the team is trained by department: front desk, restaurant, kitchen, activities and management.
04
Ongoing support as the operation changes — new outlets, new experiences, seasonal rates, new team members and revised policies.
After the implementation
These are platform behaviours, described as they work. No performance claims, because none have been verified with a named property.
A rate change reaches the website without being re-typed.
A confirmed booking becomes a reservation without re-entry.
A dinner charge reaches the right guest account at the point of order.
An activity cannot be oversold, because capacity is held in one place.
A package holds inventory across rooms, dining and experiences when it is sold.
Accommodation, dining and experience revenue appear in one view.
Aligned with our principles
This implementation follows the same five principles the platform is built on: connected by design, built around the property, guest-centred, revenue beyond rooms, and built for operators.
